San Diego is host to many couples seeking a destination wedding from across the country. For Kara and Jason, this was a little piece of paradise in their own backyard.
We were so honored to be a part of Kara and Jason’s San Diego wedding. Kara and Jason had a long history together, sparking a love interest back in college, and continuing on post-graduation in San Diego. Kara told Jason during one of their weekly bike rides into Mission Bay that she planned to get married there someday. A proposal soon followed and sealed that fate.
After selecting Paradise Point as their venue, Kara and Jason went with a classic yet modern theme, which echoed throughout their ceremony and reception. Their neutral décor palate allowed the natural beauty of the lush gardens throughout the resort and the ocean views in Mission Bay to color their wedding.
