Jenn and Bryan always imagined having an intimate destination wedding and Hawaii was at the top of their list. Upon seeing the Olowalu Plantation they were sold on this beach front estate because of its stunning views, history and privacy.
Jenn and Bryan were definitely not looking for the stereotypical Hawaii reception and wanted their wedding day to be romantic and elegant using lots of natural elements. We enlisted the talents of Wildheart Floral Design to assist us with creating lush centerpieces in cement urns and custom table numbers made out of agate. We also incorporated touches of silver using silver rimmed wine glasses by Set and silver hammered chargers from Winters Events.
Music and entertainment was also very important to the couple. We hired Kevin Miso (our Hawaiian version of Jack Johnson) to play for their ceremony, cocktail and dinner, then transitioning to the DJ for the night.
One of our favorite parts of the reception were the amazing craft cocktails created by Garnish. These craft cocktail gurus created some of the most delicious tropical inspired cocktails we have ever had.
To top off their day, right before the ceremony was about to start, two whales decided to put on a little show for all the guests. It was truly a spectacular day and all captured by the talented Brandon Kidd Photography. Check out the full feature on Green Wedding Shoes!
