Jenn & Bryan celebrated their I Do’s with an intimate wedding in Maui, but they wanted to celebrate with all their family and friends back home in Orange County. We decided to theme the event Bringing Hawaii Home to help recreate some of the touches of Hawaii and allow the guests to feel like they were a part of their special day; all while hosting a ridiculously fun celebration full of dancing.

To start, Lovely Paper Things created beautiful tropical leaf invitations and we made sure to carry the leaves throughout the party while still incorporating soft neutral and pastel florals which are Jenn’s favorites. We had the caterer infuse Hawaiian ingredients like Hawaiian black sea salt-rubbed tri tip and rice “Madras” with pineapple, golden raisins & toasted coconut.

Though the food was delicious and decor beautiful, the band Wig and Ties really stole the show! This rock band is known for surprising their guests with tight pants and 80’s hair band wigs. After their first set in their white shirts and ties, they came out wearing skinny jeans, no shirts and 80’s wigs. Needless to say the rest of the night was a blast!
