LVL Weddings & Events Owner and Principal Planner Lorie Lau began her journey in the wedding industry in 2018.

Lorie met Lindsay through the LVL Academy training for planners and upon finishing the course, Lorie had the opportunity to assist Lindsay in several weddings and became her mentee, trusted assistant, and close friend.

With a solid background in business administration, finance, marketing, and design, Lorie has rapidly become one of the most recognized and talented wedding planners and designers amongst the LVL clients and in the wedding industry under her own wedding planning company (H & L Lovely Creations), which is now a sister company of LVL Weddings and Events.

Lorie’s talent and professionalism have inspired many and are a couple of the key reasons why Linsday has entrusted her with the future of LVL Weddings and Events as her successor. Lorie has a very special eye for art and design and her approach to weddings is to treat each of them as a unique masterpiece.

Things that inspire Lorie are being a leader and making a difference in people’s lives. She finds great satisfaction in making her client’s wedding dreams come alive by combining the perfect vendor team to create a stylish design and identifying the distinctive look that expresses her couple’s personalities to perfection. Lorie takes the time to really understand who her clients are, what they need and want, and how to give them the wedding experience they envision.

In her spare time, you’ll find Lorie traveling the world with her husband, spending time with her family and friends mainly at Disney, reading, hiking, and buying [more] plants for her home.
