From the minute I met sweet Georji and Justin, I knew their wedding was going to be unique and hip (just like them). They didn’t want anything traditional and it was important that family and friends were the focus and having a good time was an absolute must. The Alcazar was the perfect space for guests to enjoy the Palm Springs vibe and a perfect palate to partner up with Keith Laverty Florals and The Lynden Lane Company to turn this into the wedding Georji & Justin were striving for.
They wanted a mix of modern, vintage and classic so we mixed tufted benches and ottomans with Italian glass and foliage, rustic furniture with ghost chairs and twinkle lights with Edison bulbs hanging from the trees. From the Moroccan rugs at the ceremony to the lace lighting pattern in the pool the bride and groom jumped into at the end of the night, every detail was meticulously thought out in order to mesh all the different elements into an elegant design.
Guests enjoyed a family style meal straight from Birba, the local creative restaurant created by foodies and danced the night away to an eclectic mix by Jesse at Dart DJ’s. The intimate ceremony was turned into a cozy lounge for guest to enjoy desserts, candy and the photo booth.
