A beautiful day in Palm Springs, perfect for a wedding! Nicole and Vince said their “I Do’s” amongst family and friends in the courtyard of The Commune at The ACE Hotel. The vibe, seen first on Green Wedding Shoes, was a little bit gold and coral, a little bit hip, and a lot of love and laughter. Everything was captured perfectly by Roger Ellsworth of EP Love.
Nicole and I spent the last several months collaborating on the overall look of the wedding which came together in a tailored yet festive and casual mix of gold, blush, coral, cream with hints of navy.
I had the opportunity to handcraft a lot of the details that went into this wedding which I was so excited about!
Nicole and I collected and painted all of the glass vessels that would hold the gorgeous florals from Hello Gem. The ribbon back drop which was used as the centerpiece of the ceremony then re-pourposed as a colorful eye catcher for the dessert table was hand tied by yours truly with some help from my cat Violet.
The food was FAB, the whole ACE staff was awesome, and Chris Paul was the perfect DJ to turn the evening into a Dance Party if I ever did see one!
Such a fun day, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Largely in part because of an amazing vendor team that made the whole day a delight!
