LINDSAY VAL LONGACRE | OWNER AND PRINCIPAL PLANNER Starting with a dream and the drive to create her own business, Lindsay Longacre started LVL Weddings & Events in 2007 and has quickly grown it into a premier wedding planning company in Orange County, Southern California. Lindsay gets her drive and entrepreneurial spirit from her mother, who always told her to find her calling and be the best she could be at it. Lindsay is on a mission to do just that – to be the best at doing what she loves the most – planning dream weddings.
Things that inspire Lindsay are being a leader and making a difference in people’s lives. She finds great satisfaction in making her client’s wedding dreams come alive with a combination of the perfect vendor team to create the stylish design and distinctive look that expresses her couples personality to perfection. Lindsay takes the time to really understand who her clients are, what they need and want, and how to give them the wedding experience they envision.
With a belief that there needs to be a higher standard of excellence in the wedding industry, Lindsay created a ground breaking training program, I DO HOW TO’s Professional Series, for aspiring wedding professionals. When her students graduate, they are ready to successfully tackle the challenges facing today’s modern planner, with the right skills, level of professionalism, creativity, and experience.
Lindsay sits on the Board of Association of Bridal Consultants – Orange County (ABC-OC) as the Co-Director of Programs. She is the member of Programs and Certification Committee and the 2012 Secretary for the Board of Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA). In addition, she has been featured in many well-respected industry publications and blogs such as: The Knot, Your Wedding Day Magazine, Bride and Bloom, Wedding Chicks, Style Me Pretty, Grey Likes Weddings, Borrowed and Bleu, Bridal Suite, and Wedding Aces. She has also been awarded Wedding Wire Bride’s Choice Award in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
In her spare time, you’ll find Lindsay spending time with her family and friends, or enjoying a nice dinner with a delicious glass of wine.
HEATHER HOESCH | PRINCIPAL PLANNER- SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA With over 600 weddings and six years of experience under her belt, Heather Hoesch is passionate, detailed and organized, she’s always anticipating the needs and wants of her clients to ensure a smooth planning experience.
Inspired by love, engagement stories, color combinations and hand written wedding vows, she brings a colorful style to the design and planning of a wedding. She will tell you that she loves her job, her clients and most of all her team. She believes that her passion for love adds to her commitment to creating the ultimate wedding for her couples.
She always wanted to be part of a team that is an innovative leader in the industry and she found her dream team with LVL. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, she has successfully blended her education with doing what she enjoys the most – celebrating love.
Before becoming an important asset to the LVL team, Heather was a former catering and onsite event coordinator for Turnip Rose and owned her own wedding consulting company. Her work has been featured on Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, Ruffled, Style Unveiled and Borrowed & Bleu.
With a leadership presence and exclusive access to the industry’s best-kept secrets, Heather is a key instructor at the “I DO” HOW TO’s program sharing her insightful instruction and knowledge with aspiring wedding planners.
In her down time, you might find Heather at her favorite sushi restaurant or plotting to accomplish everything on her bucket list which includes traveling to every country possible, skydiving and helping fund raise for charitable causes.
KIMBERLY ROBERTS | PRINCIPAL PLANNER - NORTHERN CALIFORNIA With a keen sense of humor and love for life, Kimberly is one of LVL’s most lively personalities. Light hearted, yet grounded and very focused on goals, she finds satisfaction in knowing that she has helped couples create a stress-free first day of the rest of their lives.
With a BA in Communications, Entertainment Studies from Cal State Fullerton, she has a background in hospitality with a special passion for weddings. She’s a force to be reckoned with and somehow we know she won’t settle for anything less than being the best! Kimberly recently opened LVL’s office in Northern California and heads up operations for the Region.
Outside of work, she loves adventure and discovering new places, tacos and hopes to own her own sailboat and spend a year traveling the world. If she could have a super power, she’d love to be able to talk to animals, especially sea turtles, with which she will quietly tell you that she has a mild obsession.
ARIELLE AZOFF | ASSOCIATE PLANNER With an extensive background in events working with her family’s event management company, Arielle found her specialty in planning weddings. She finds inspiration from love and enjoys being a part of the beginning of a story and making dreams come true. With her energy and ambition, there’s no doubt that Arielle loves her clients and working with them to create their perfect wedding day.
With a Certification in Event Management from the Hospitality Department at Orange Coast College and Certification from LVL’s “I DO” HOW TO’s, Arielle has combined practical experience with education to create her niche as a valuable team member at LVL.
In her spare time, you’ll find Arielle with an iPod in her ears, at a concert, on the beach or enjoying some of the spicy food she loves so much and simply enjoying the rhythm and adventure of life.
HOPE ERICKSON | ASSOCIATE PLANNER With a deep background in the service industry, it’s easy to see why a career in the wedding industry is so perfect for Hope! She loves people! Being most inspired by seeing two people and their families unite for love, she likes to say her favorite part of the job is being a hero for her brides and grooms. She knows first hand the impact your wedding day will have on your life as she remembers every impactful moment of her wedding day.
With a determined attitude, impossible is not a word that you will find in Hope’s vocabulary. Loving a challenge and with a knack for overcoming tough situations, she often turns those pivotal moments into her most triumphant victories.
With an energetic approach and humorous take on life, she’s a bundle of fun to be around. She’s creative and passionate about working with her couples to help them bring their perfect day to life.
When she’s not working with her clients you may find her attempting to negotiate her way on board a police helicopter so she can experience the adrenaline thrill of the chase or trying to get her hands on front row seats for a Metallica concert but mostly she loves spending quality time with her husband and young sons.
With her caring attitude and genuine concern for success, you will have an insightful and inspired wedding experience with Hope.
